HHC

HHC is one of Nirvana Kulture’s favorite cannabinoids to follow! The discovery of this cannabinoid has provided much-needed research into how cannabinoids can interact with our bodies. Due to the structure of HHC your “endocannabinoid system” is much more equipped to metabolize this compound. While this does cause the effects to wear off faster; what it does do is allow for a quick “boost” – without staying that way. For this reason, some consumers prefer HHC for daytime use as compared to Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 THC, THC-O acetate, or Delta 9 THC. Otherwise, Hexahydrocannabinol is accounted to provide both a mental and physical “buzz” – unlike that associated with other cannabinoids. Many forums online guide new hemp users as HHC being a “good starting point”. You can customize your experience with vapes, edibles, topicals, and much more. We proudly collect lab tests and vet all companies apart of our superstore. At Nirvana Kulture, we believe in building a community through only top-shelf products & services. Learn More About HHC
What is HHC?

Hexahydrocannabinol, also known as HHC, is a hemp-derived cannabinol created by adding hydrogen molecules to THC in a process known as hydrogenation. While this substance is a unique by-product of hydrogenation, the process used to make it is similar to the method used with food products, such as converting vegetable oil to margarine.

What is a Cannabinoid?

A cannabinoid is a chemical substance found in the cannabis plant, and scientists have found that the Cannabis plant produces anywhere from 80 to 100 cannabinoids. Some of the most common cannabinoids are cannabidiol, CBD, and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol or THC.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are a group of compounds found in nature responsible for the aromas, flavors, and colors associated with them. These compounds are commonly found in plants and specific animals. While they are present in almost all plants, terpenes in cannabis are responsible for the specific smells or tastes of different strains. While terpenes on their own are not intoxicating or will get you high, a few are considered psychoactive due to their effect on the brain. Some preliminary research suggests that specific terpenes could have positive health benefits for mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.

What types of HHC products are available?

Similar to other cannabinoids, HHC is available for consumption in a variety of products: HHC Gummies, HCC Vapes, HHC Capsules, and HHC Cartridges.

Is HHC legal?

HHC’s legality is slightly less precise than other cannabinoids such as CBD or Delta 8. Under the Farm Bill, Hemp and certain naturally derived cannabinoids such as CBD are legal in the United States. Due to the creation process of HHC, it is not categorized as a naturally derived substance. There has not yet been a ruling specifically outlawing its usage, so it remains in a grey area legally.

Is HHC detectable on drug tests?

Most standard drug tests look to detect specific metabolites in the body created when a person consumes THC. One of the most significant initial selling points for HHC is that it would not be detected on a twelve-panel drug test. This theory stems from its molecular makeup not resembling THC, thus creating different metabolites, which would result in a negative read. This is only anecdotal and has not been scientifically proven.

How does HHC compare to THC?

Although HHC is not THC, consumption of it can produce similar effects, such as feelings of relaxation and comfort, an improved appetite, and better focus and concentration.

How long until I feel the effects of HHC?

Like a variety of cannabinoids, HHC high is usually felt about 15 – 30 minutes after consumption.
